Item Description

Beautiful Roseville Art Pottery Pink To Green Columbine Ewer 18- 7" Circa 1941-55
Clean piece of Roseville. COLUMBINE, introduced in 1941, has a large bloom on tall slender stems with trailing leaves and three -leaf clusters. I always loved the Roseville Ewers - the stylish edges of the spout, the view-thru hole of the spouts, and the defined point of the handle.
This can be both a beautiful collector's display piece or a very usable Ewer pitcher - or maybe even as a Bud Vase.
There is a raised mark on the bottom: "Roseville U.S.A. 18-7" "
CONDITION: Overall beautiful display condition. Bright and rich transition of the rich Roseville Pink to a rich Green lower base and sides of the handle. No chips, dings, cracks or signs of earlier repairs. I see tiny crazing and pressure lite spot under magnification of my loop.
