Baker Furniture Mahogany Chippendale Secretary Desk With Bookcase Hutch (1980s)

In two parts, tall banded mahogany Chippendale / Georgian style secretary marked “Collector’s Edition” by Baker Furniture. The upper bookcase with an open lattice, broken arch over dental detail, and divided light, two-door cabinet opening to three adjustable shelves, each with plate rails (43 x 12.5 x 57.5”H). The lower chest with drop front desk upper drawer, opening to cubbies and small drawers, and central storage compartment behind door, over two drawers, all having decorative oval brass escutcheons and swing pulls, on bracket feet (43.5 x 20 x 37”H). Total height 7’11” / 95”.
