Authentic WWII War Bond Poster - Attic Find In Ridgefield, Connecticut Bank

This striking hand painted poster hung in a Ridgefield, Ct. bank for the war bond appeal during WWII. There are several of these posters that were found rolled up all these years in the bank's attic. I am listing two of the nicest ones separately in this auction. This poster is the only one with the V sign and the word INVEST. It also has the name of the maker of the poster - The Strobridge Litho. Co. of Cincinnati. It was hand painted. It measures 29 1/2" by 19 1/4". The condition is fair, the edges have some tears - see photos. I think it would frame up very nicely.
