This is a private residence on a very busy road, the driveway can only fit 3 cars at a time. We will have plenty of staff and are extremely organized to make your pick up quick and painless.
MASKS MUST BE WORN BY ALL BIDDERS PICKING UP ITEMS
PLEASE MAINTAIN AT LEAST 6 FEET OF DISTANCE BETWEEN YOURSELF AND ANY OTHER BIDDERS
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PEN TO SIGN YOUR INVOICE
• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup. We will have your breakables wrapped and packed , we encourage you to bring more padding and boxes if you would like to repack you items for transport .
