Asian Fertility Vase

Vintage Chinese Fertility Vase, 20 inches tall, 5 1/2 inches across the opening, with 7 children climbing all over the vase. The ovid shaped body with a tall neck, is decorated at the shoulder with a tied red sash, with chrysanthemums, butterflies, and multiple flowers. Colors of goldenrod, aqua, pink, white, moss green, all envelope the black background, with the 7 children all also decorated in vibrant fun colors.

These vases were usually given to newly married couples as gifts, and good luck, to hope they had many children.
