Items not picked up within this timeframe are forfeited without refund.

Buyers must pick up their items at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame stated on the sale details page. NO exceptions! The address will be sent to winning bidder via email. Please check junk/spam if you do not receive an email.

Bring your own packing materials and additional help if needed. We do not provide assistance to help you move items to your vehicle. Movers may be available at an additional cost however we cannot guarantee availability. We do not move or load items, that is the buyers responsibility.

UNCLAIMED ITEMS will be forfeited. NO refunds will be issued and you are at risk of losing your bidding privileges. We understand that emergencies come up and will do our best to work within our means. This is not a guarantee nor should it be an expectation. PLEASE DO NOT BID if you are unsure about your ability to retrieve or make arrangements to claim your winnings. It is imperative that items are removed at the indicated days & times.

*LIMITED SHIPPING* may be available on some items (not all) and must be confirmed with Auction Manager before placing bids.
Shipping payment is handled as a *separate PayPal transaction* coordinated with and paid directly to the Auction Manager, Gloria Darni.
Purchaser will be invoiced from E & G Estate Sales directly through PayPal and payment must be made prior to shipping of your items.
Custom packaging fee, $10 handling fee per item and insurance fee commensurate with the amount of winning bid will apply.
Shipping takes 7-10 days to get shipped out from the auction pick-up date.

BIDS placed through the AUCTION NINJA website on behalf of E & G Estate Sales are a binding contract to complete purchase.
Please do not bid if you are unable to to pay and take possession of the items in the specified time periods for each auction. All sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or credits.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A buyer’s premium of 18% will be added to the final price and will be charged to the credit/debit card on file within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Please consider this additional cost before bidding.

SALES TAX: All sales are subject to sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale. You can do this when you register to bid on AUCTION NINJA. Your profile name & address must match your resale certificate. AUCTION NINJA will keep this information on file for future auctions.

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. While we will do our best to list any damage, repairs or restoration, the absence of these descriptions / conditions does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of our items are vintage, antique and/or pre-owned. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age, repairs, damages and alterations. The final judgement is ultimately up to the BIDDER. We will always share our best opinion as to what we think things are but please do your own research as well. Questions are ALWAYS encouraged before bidding!
