This rocking chair is structurally in good shape but needs to sanded, painted or stained, and after which it will be in amazing shape! Sturdy enough to keep rocking and rocking and rocking. Please be advised, porch and lovely sunsets not included. MC

Notes: Very sturdy with no cracks or breaks but it needs a polish and refinish.
