ANTIQUE VICTORIAN NB & IW National Brass & Iron Works CAST METAL WALL MIRROR W/ SCONCES 1880'S

Antique Victorian Cast Metal Wall Mirror With Sconces. Made by the National Brass & Iron Works of Reading Pennsylvania during the 1880's. This ornate Art Nouveau style cast frame holds a beveled edge oval mirror. The high quality frame is cast with swirling scroll, leaf patterns and flowers and finished a brass/bronze color. The pebbled flat surfaces are finished with a green color. There is a hanging loop at the top. The sconces are shaped like opening leaf buds and hold two 7/8" diameter candles 7 34" apart. The back is stamped " NB & IW" and "2062" on the back of the casting. I t measures 17" wide x 16" tall x 4" deep and weighs over 8 lbs. There are no flaws, cracks or repairs on the frame. The beveled mirror has no pitting or silver loss
