LOCATION- We are located BEHIND KING's Acres Plaza on State Street in North Haven, CT. Please drive BEHIND the street level plaza, to a separate commercial building. 4th door down, concentric circles on the door, American flag waving out front, gray van parked by the entrance.
PLEASE NOTE- Items that state NO SHIPPING in the title require pick up or use of a 3rd party shipper. NO SHIPPING IN HOUSE. 3rd party shipper for large items- Village Express, Branford, CT- 203-481-7426. We recommend calling them for a quote prior to placing a bid.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS HERE- Shipping is available for winning bidders that live too far away to pick up in person during the allotted window. If you live several towns over from our pick-up location in North Haven, CT, please pick your winnings up. We only ship SMALLER/MANAGEABLE items, no larger than what can fit in a USPS Large Flat Rate Box [or close thereto]. Items too large to ship will state NO SHIPPING in the listing title. For larger parcels, we recommend a 3rd party shipper: Village Express, Branford, CT- [203] 481-7426
Shipping invoice is separate the winnings invoice, collected after the fact by auction manager Marco. We accept PAYPAL or CHECK/MONEY ORDER only [NO Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp or Credit Card on file]. Payment and arrangements must be made within 5 days of auction close- Friday, October 4, 2024. No shipping requests after the auction pick-up date accepted [pick up is October 5, 2024]. Failure to make shipping arrangements or pick up your item during the allotted window will result in forfeiture/relinquishment of winnings. We have tried to accommodate buyers in the past but ended up spending days/weeks thereafter continually making arrangements, just to be blown off. We are not a storage facility, so please follow the shipping rules.
