From the 1920’s
Stamped KILENY
Measure 7”H x 4 1/2”W x 3 1/4”D
Kilenyi had his work produced also by P. Mori & Son, Inc, trading as Galvano Bronze.
Dymalkon was incorporated in Croton-on-Hudson, NY in 1917 and dissolved in 1920. Their mark of the copyright C inside an indented square is on the backs.
Both Dymalkon and Galvano (along with a few other companies clustered around NYC in the early 1900's) used electro-forming (also known as bronze-clad) to produce decorative household objects that had the look, feel, and heft of solid bronze yet were affordable by the middle class.
