Charles Hetherington was an American painter who was born in 1857, best known for his seascapes and landscapes, which he created in w/c and oils. Painting is in vintage condition showing appropriate signs of wear in a beautiful gold leaf frame, great collector's item, 22 x 22. Touching note written on the back of the painting.
