Marked Hand-Painted Nippon vase, has an opening on the bottom, may have originally intended to be a lamp, marked 955/12 on the bottom as well as the M-in-Wreath ("M" stands for Morimura Bros. which later became Noritake). Vase is likely from 1910-1920 based on the mark. A beautiful olive green color with raised gold trim and pastoral scenes with geometric and Greek key accents. Sadly one handle has broken off but we have the handle so repairs could be made. Fairly dirty and will need cleaning, There is also a significant chip where the base meets the upper vase form. We do not have that missing piece.
