Item Description

This antique cabinet plate with scalloped rim and gold trim is decorated with hand painted daisies and green leaves - and there is a green insect. It measures about 8 1/2 inches in diameter and has the H&Co with a double underscore in green dating it between 1876-1886. This plate shows wear that is consistent with age. It is free of chips, cracks, nicks, or repairs - but does have some loss of gold paint around the rim and some discoloration in the pink paint. It is still a beautiful plate.
