This is a great folk art painting of a light house on a cove with a keeper's house. A rowboat sits pulled up on shore and a sailboat sits out on the water. The red painted frame makes this piece pop. Board is 20" x 12". Size below is total framed size.

Notes: Wear includes scuffs and tiny spots of loss. Noticable dirt throughout.
