It has a great original finish and minimal wear. This is a VERY large toy, standing an impressive 16". There were 2 versions of this Chein ferris wheel, this being the earlier/original variation [red male ticket attendant, later version is a woman in blue dress]. Circa 1930-1932, so pre-war.
