Antique Chair With Needlepoint Seat

Pretty antique chair painted pale blue with a replacement seat covered in a handmade floral needlepoint. This chair once had a cane seat and the holes are present if restoration is desired. Chair is in generally good condition, but has a section of the back separating - should be an easy fix to reglue this. See photos.
