Selling this copy / reproduction version of a Stradivarius Violin & Case for parts, repairs needed, or as a display lot.
The violin has scratches, scrapes to the finish, the number "100" etched into its face, a broken bridge, but a nice scrolled end to the handle and 4 ebony tuner pegs. The bows have broken hairs but seem to be ok themselves. Inside the violin is a label " Antonius Stradivarius, Made in Czecho Slovakia".
The music booklets are dated 1925 (in Roman numerals) and were purchased in Bridgeport, CT. They are from the time when phone numbers were only 4 digits. In one of the two storage areas is another chin rest, a small vintage box of Blue Comet Transparent Violin Rosin, a metal tone/ pitch instrument to use when tuning, two Aubert wood bridges and some other parts I can't identify ( please see the photos).
