Antique And Vintage Group Of Four Japanese Items

A great decorative group including and old Painted Clay Flower vase with Raised Floral Decoration (6.25” high by 3.75” diameter), timeworn with paint loss, an Antique Brass Tea Pot with Pumpkin form and Decorative Incised Finial (6” wide by 4.5” deep by 7” high), for decorative use with great age patina and worn interior, a Traditional group of three Wood Nesting Boxes (3.5” wide by 3.5” deep by 2” high), good condition, and an Antique Painted, incised and gilt Lacquer Gourd Form Tray. The Tray features a Gilt Cricket on a Bamboo Stem amidst a Twining Vine with three Insects or Fish type forms to the left, all done in a fine hand. The reverse of the Tray is in a Powdered Red Gold.
Condition: The condition is poor with Staining, losses, and a break to the gourd tip. Despite the condition, the tray is still magnificent having a fantastic presentation.
The Gourd Tray measures 9.5” wide by 5.25” deep by .4” high.
