Item Description

Antique 19th Century English Majolica Sunflower & Tiger Lily Dish
Plate measures 5 1/4" across
The glaze is beautiful shades of Robins Egg Blue, Yellow, Green, Brown & Pink.
The back is blind embossed with an English registration mark, but I can not make out the dates.
The number 24 is hand written on the bottom as well.
This is a beautiful example of English Majolica Pottery Made in the second half of the 19th century.
The plate is in Excellent condition without chips, cracks or crazing.
There are some brownish mottled spots on the front of the plate, but I think these are original.
