NOTE: The majority of the items in this sale are on the second and third floors of the home. Please be prepared to remove. This house is on a challenging riverfront road in Grandview. There are many cyclists to compete with, but also an unusually large circular driveway. Please pull over and have your hazards on as the public road must be shared, but there is limited space in the driveway, ONLY drive up if you have something large, it is a single lane driveway and will get backed up VERY quickly. Please be considerate of the neighbors and your fellow auction winners.
