Fantastic chess set from Gala Star CC in South Africa with hand painted African animals as pieces - play zebras vs. warthogs! Edges of chessboard carved and inlays. Pieces do have some dings - see photos.
The second game is made by Kumbula Mouldings in Africa - info we found online: Also called marble solitaire, our peg solitaire sets are some of our best sellers as they are beautiful, affordable and require little display space. The board has a frame boasting intricately designed African scenes and wildlife. The solitaire pieces are sculpted by hand, cast in polystone and hand-painted.
