System 2000 and 90+ Resolute from Energy Kinetics are the first fully integrated heat and hot water systems on the market. Unlike conventional boilers, System 2000 is activated only when you need heat or hot water. After heat and hot water needs are satisfied, System 2000 runs a Hybrid Energy Recovery® cycle that puts nearly every ounce of heat left in the boiler to work for you.

Stage #1: System 2000 Sits Coldsystem2000-HowItWorks-Stage1
No call for heat or hot water, all of home’s heating zones are currently satisfied.
System 2000 sits idle at near room temperature awaiting instructions from the Digital Energy Manager.
No energy is being expended to keep the boiler heated. Hot water in the heavily insulated storage tank is ready for immediate use.

Stage #2: Boiler Pre-Heatsystem2000-HowItWorks-Stage2 (1)
A living area in the home is below the thermostat setting, resulting in an initial call for heat.
The Digital Energy Manager interprets thermostat calls and begins pre-heating the boiler.
With water circulating in the boiler, System 2000 reaches operating temperature in less than ninety seconds.

Stage #3: System Heatingsystem2000-HowItWorks-Stage3
System 2000 has generated heat within the boiler.
The zone calling activates, quickly heating the living area to the desired temperature.

Stage #4: Hybrid Energy Recovery® or Thermal Purgesystem2000-HowItWorks-Stage4
The Digital Energy Manager anticipates the end of the heat call and turns the burner off. It continues to circulate water from the boiler through the last active zone until the boiler is cool and the room temperature is gently heated at the desired temperature. This improves home comfort and extends the time until the next call for heat-two great benefits in comfort and energy savings. System 2000 then sits idle waiting for the next call for heat.

This unique combination of the Digital Energy Manager and low-mass boiler is a significant contributor to the extraordinary annual efficiency of all Energy Kinetics’ heating systems.

This is a DEMOLITION SALE. This means that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and LABOR to remove the items from the property. Water, gas and electricity may be cutoff at the the pickup. There MAY be limited generator power available at certain points of the pickup - if you want unlimited power when you want it, bring a portable generator. You will be required to sign liability waivers when coming onto the property. We are literally one day ahead of the bull dozers, plan for this, there is no room for exceptions. Pick up will be held rain of shine, but removal decisions during inclement weather will be at the discretion of the auction manager. All items are sold "as-is". There may be damage to items which is not visible at this time or prior to removal of item. Items may need to be disassembled for removal which is the responsibility of the buyer.
