A Striped Canvas Patio Umbrella With Metal Base, 9'

A striped canvas patio umbrella in blue and white with a cast-metal base and a matching storage bag. The umbrella is in generally good, usable condition: Would benefit from power washing; there is a 2" seam that needs to be repaired, and the black plastic cap on the umbrella's top has a crack.
