Custom all wood cabinetry, high quality, well used, but with lots of life left, a few hinges may need adjusting or replacing, but overall good condition. You may choose to refresh the paint. Crown molding not included.
The counters are black granite - due to the fragile nature of the stone, we cannot guarantee that they will survive the removal - every effort will be made to remove them whole - they are considered a bonus, but you shouldn't count on them.
