Pair of shovels - one is likely from late 1800's - after researching found they were used by NY City Dept of Sanitation in the turn of the century.

The other is marked Hadwin and is from mid-century

both measure approximately 9 x 3 x 36 H

Notes: Consistent with age - some loss in areas
