Shipping for small items is available at the winner's expense and must be selected when registering for the auction or requested via text or email within 24 hours of the auction close. Won items will be transported to the local UPS Store; drop-off will be confirmed. The winning bidder will then contact the UPS Store directly to make shipping and payment arrangements. Bidders can contact the shipper in advance for estimates by calling 860-651-5800. Note: Furniture and other large, bulky items are not eligible for shipping.

All sales are final. All items are SOLD AS-IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged all to ask any questions prior to bidding. All items are sold as-is, where-is. While CHES will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition.
