The condensing unit has limited usage as this is a second home. The unit has also been under cover of a deck, limiting exposure to the elements.

AGE - The first four digits of a Goodman serial number encode the month and year of manufacture. The first two digits represent the year, and the second two digits represent the month.

TONNAGE - You can determine the size in tons of your Goodman HVAC system by examining the model number on the data sticker at the side of the condenser (outdoor unit). Look for two numbers at the far side of the middle of the cluster of digits in the model number that are divisible by 6 or 12, which represent the nominal BTU of the system in thousands. A ton of air conditioning equals 12,000 BTU, and 30 divided by 12 equals 2.5, so the data plate below indicates the system is 2.5 tons.

This is a DEMOLITION SALE. This means that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and LABOR to remove the items from the property. Water, gas and electricity may be cutoff at the the pickup. There MAY be limited generator power available at certain points of the pickup - if you want unlimited power when you want it, bring a portable generator. You will be required to sign liability waivers when coming onto the property. We are literally one day ahead of the bull dozers, plan for this, there is no room for exceptions. Pick up will be held rain of shine, but removal decisions during inclement weather will be at the discretion of the auction manager. All items are sold "as-is". There may be damage to items which is not visible at this time or prior to removal of item. Items may need to be disassembled for removal which is the responsibility of the buyer.
