TONNAGE - To find the tonnage of an Evcon air conditioner from its model number, you can look for an even, two-digit number between 18 and 60 in the model number. This number is the BTU rating of the unit, and you can divide it by 12 to get the tonnage. For example, 18 is 1.5 tons, 24 is 2 tons, 30 is 2.5 tons, 42 is 3.5 tons and so on.

This is a DEMOLITION SALE. This means that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and LABOR to remove the items from the property. Water, gas and electricity may be cutoff at the the pickup. There MAY be limited generator power available at certain points of the pickup - if you want unlimited power when you want it, bring a portable generator. You will be required to sign liability waivers when coming onto the property. We are literally one day ahead of the bull dozers, plan for this, there is no room for exceptions. Pick up will be held rain of shine, but removal decisions during inclement weather will be at the discretion of the auction manager. All items are sold "as-is". There may be damage to items which is not visible at this time or prior to removal of item. Items may need to be disassembled for removal which is the responsibility of the buyer.
