Item Description

2 Vintage Van Briggle Art Pottery Vases: The Butterfly & The Tulip Vases In Blue Green Matte Finish

These are sweet vases made by the Van Briggle artwork studios in Colorado Springs. No dents, chips, or cracks. Purchased in Colorado Springs, where the studio was established in 1901 by Artus and Anne Van Briggle.

The Butterfly designed vase is is 3" Tall x 3 3/4" Diameter and The Tulip formed vase is 5 3/8" long x 3 1/8" wide x 2 1/2" tall.
The closeup photographs display the beautiful glaze work done by Van Briggle artists. Enjoy the blending of greens and blues as they then go on to mix into a subtle matte pattern across the exterior surface.
CONDITION: Overall beautiful condition. The Tulip Top vase has minor flecks of flower residue on the top scalloped edge and one tiny pinhead opened glaze pop (from during the making). No chips, cracks, dings or signs of earlier repairs. PLEASE VIEW MY PHOTOS.
