All items will be on the parlor floor, which is one flight up from street level. Please bring your own packing supplies and ample help to move large furniture. We do not provide shipping but we recommend a third party shipper, Donny (561) 929-1339, who will pick up on your behalf and deliver your items by car or UPS. Please arrange this outside service BEFORE bidding if you can not make the pick-up in person.

Items not picked up within the pick-up window will be considered forfeited. All sales are final with no refunds and all items are sold as is.
