19th Century Engraved Print Depicting Frans Hals Famous Original Oil Painting "The Laughing Cavalier" (a)

The portrait of the unidentified cavalier is in half length. The cavalier is seen wearing a wide brimmed hat.
The print has printed lettering below the plate which reads:

"FRANS HALS PINX.T" printed to the lower left out of plate, "LEOP. FLAMENG DIR.T" printed out of plate to the lower center, and "F. LA GUILLERMIE SCULP.T" printed out of plate to the lower right corner.
Presented matted, framed in a black finished frame and glazed with glass.
Sight: 6 1/2"h x 5 3/8"w
Frame: 13 1/4"h x 12 1/8"w

Condition: Good with some discoloration around the trim, possibly mat burn. The print would benefit from being removed and re matted and framed to preserve. Overall a lovely antique print.
