Item Description

A remnant of the Berlin Wall, distributed by Time Warner in 1989. The piece features colors from graffiti on the wall when it was standing. It is inscribed along the bottom edge "This is a remnant of the Berlin Wall, which stood as a barrier against the free exchange of ideas, information and culture. You helped bring this wall down." It is encased in lucite and bears the official "Berlin Mauer" stamp. The piece is marked Time Warner to bottom.

Notes: The piece shows some wear that is consistent with age and use.
