Lovely piece incorporating a 1953 Inaugural Invitation and a letter commending the Ground Observer Corps, an organization that would scan the skies for Russian attacks. Every volunteer may have received this letter and thus that would make it likely to be autopen, however one of these is part of the Dwight D. Eisenhower Library in Abilene, Kansas. Thus it is of hisotrical note. Professionally framed 17.5" H x 30.5" W.
