Item Description

1864 map from A.J. Johnson and unique in that he had the same plate number (44) for both halves where previously he had made them consecutive numbers. In his Atlas he situated it between Florida (43) and Louisiana (45). It covers area between Florida to Venezuela. Great inset of Bermuda! Bahamas and Cuba featured. Very pretty map. 21" x 29" on archival fabric. small amount of foxing. Looks great!
