TERMS FOR BIDDING:
By bidding in this auction, buyer agrees to all of the following listed below. No Exceptions.
All sales are FINAL, and all items are Sold AS IS. There are No Returns, Cancellations, Credits or Exchanges permitted. Please refer to all of the photos, as they are part of the description. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding.
All Weights and Measurements are considered approximate. We will do our best to list any damage, repairs or restorations for the listing when possible. The absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. You must assume that most of the items listed are vintage or used unless otherwise stated and you should expect signs of wear consistent with age.
There are No Warranties on any item listed. There are No Guarantees of Age, of Condition, of Materials and Features for any item listed.
• Please be considerate of neighbors and do not block any driveways when picking up. You will kindly be asked to move your vehicle before receiving your item(s). Thanks for understanding.
• Please maintain at least 6 feet of distance between yourself and any other bidders.
• Please bring your own pen to sign your invoice.
• We Do Not assist with lifting, carrying or moving ANY item. Winning bidders MUST bring help if required for any item they are picking up large or small.
• Packing, packaging materials or moving & transporting of your items will NOT be provided at pickup.
WINNING BIDDERS:
• All winning bidders will receive the Pickup Address via email on file only. If you do not receive the pickup address, please check your spam or junk folder.
• Check you Dashboard to make sure you have selected to receive auction win information via email or text.
• Auction win emails and invoices can also be accessed via your dashboard after the sale closes.
• If requesting shipping, please see the Shipping Terms.
PICKUP DETAILS:
• Pick Up Dates and Times are Firm. All items Not picked up during allotted time will be forfeited without a refund. NO Returns, Cancellations, Credits or Exchanges are not permitted.
• PLEASE DO NOT CALL TO MAKE OTHER PICK-UP ARRANGEMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• If there is a line when arriving to make your pickup, please patiently wait your turn. Pickups are on a first come/first served basis.
• There is NO NEED to text you’re on your way, we will do our best to have all items ready upon arrival.

SHIPPING SMALL ITEMS ONLY
SHIPPING TERMS:
• Buyer AGREES that since buyer is not present to sign for the item won and is requesting the item be shipped to their location (we only ship to address listed on file with CHES), USPS Delivery Tracking Service (Not Proof of Signature, unless Buyer requested and paid for Proof of Signature Fees) will serve as proof of delivery and receipt by buyer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Buyer MUST arrange and pay for shipping separately by using Paypal or Zelle ONLY. Send Paypal Payment to – myoliviaclaire@gmail.com OR Zelle - Alex Colon 516-851-8539. Shipping payments cannot be included in the auction payments.
• Shipping is limited to small items only that will fit in one USPS FLAT RATE SMALL BOX and will be shipped within 5 to 7 days after auction ends.
• The cost to ship to any USA location is $15.00 per flat rate box for all items that fit in each box. Additional Flat Rate Boxes will cost $15.00 each. All items being shipped with a selling purchase value over $100.00 will have shipping Insurance added at the Buyers expense only.
• USPS Tracking number will be used to verify the item has been delivered (Not Signed For) to buyers’ location.
• If buyer wants to have a delivery Signature Confirmation, the buyer will be charged the USPS fee for this service and/or any other services requested.
• Buyer agrees that Seller is not responsible for any damage to package while in the possession of the post office unless Insurance is purchased for the item at buyers’ expense.
• Buyer must text seller at 516-851-8539 to request shipping of item won within 2 days after auction ends. Please include Name, Lot Number(s) of item(s) you would like shipped and any special services/requests you want to include (signature, etc.).
• Buyers NOT requesting shipping within 5 days of auction ending will Forfeit their item(s) and subject to the rules outlined in the Pick-Up terms in the Special instructions. If we do not hear from buyer for shipping items within the allotted time, we will make at least 1 attempt by text or call to reach the buyer using the number they have on account with CHES. No Exceptions.
