So many buyers, so many pick-ups. But these are very experienced auction managers and I saw just about everything run smoothly and efficiently. I even got to chat about the items that I won with the lovely owner of the house. I did miss Parker, however, the famous skinny jeans model.

Was at pick up 2 hours after which Auction manager said seller took back all the clothing . Please reverse back the charge to the credit card .

My experience with this auction house was a complete disaster! Unprofessional and rude staff decided not to give one of my items by just saying "this item is not available" that's it! No apology no feeling sorry or anything like that! It can happen to anyone with this auction house, be aware! Still didn't receive my refund yet, hoping that I will!

There is no auction manager but just a company listed. In a previous auction I was lost going to the pick up I called them, the message said because of volume we won't get back to you. I texted them and also no reply. Luckily I found the house. This auction I got a very good buy, but 2 hours before the auction I texted them for specific information about a higher priced item, no reply. Impossible to reach (so I didn't bid higher) Very unprofessional as was the pickup for this auction. There was a long line of people (waiting in the rain). My wait was 35 minutes. There was a rack of clothing that went across the garage, and someone was looking at every item for a pickup. All items for each person should have been gathered together before the pickup. Everyone I talked to on line was annoyed and said they will never use this auction house again.
