Seller went above and beyond to be helpful. Totally happy with items and the whole experience.

Incorrect product description and photos did not show that there are stains underneath. I'm disappointed. Also, very poor communication, the email after winning the auction indicated a different place of pickup. Then, on the day of collection, someone calls me when I am ready to go to the place and notifies me that the product is picked up only by appointment. I had to change my plans. Very unprofessional.

Lots of confusion about the pickup time. Seller did return to give me my trivet, which was kind of her.
