You can't claim something is in excellent condition when rail that goes from front to back under the bench is broken. And from the looks of it was broken for awhile.
Disappointed.

Cynthia - I'm sorry that you feel it took so long to get your stuff to you. Like I took you on the phone, your contact information on the invoice had the wrong number, and it's tough to reach when we had no phone number, and we can not see any email address either. So we had to wait to hear from you. When you called to see about shipping the items, I was at an airport, and I told you that I was out of town for the next few weeks. When I got back in town, your package was mailed to you. Again I told you. You needed to change the information. So it took a wait to get it to you with any way of getting ahold of you.
