The most important thing to me - the condition of the items I purchased were "as described" - no surprises. Sellers are very friendly and the pick-up was extremely well organized - in and out.

One third of my lot broke and I found out when I was halfway to the pickup location 2+hrs from my house. They refunded the $ for the purchase due to the broken item (largest piece of a matching 3 piece set to be given as a gift) and I appreciated that...but I just felt like perhaps the items should have been packed/handled a tad more carefully to prevent such an accident from occurring.
