Due to family drama I missed the pick up window. I called and they were so accommodating and saved the pitcher I had one and coordinated a new pick up time with me. Above and beyond! They legally could have just tossed it or sold it to someone else or whatever but they we very considerate and helpful! Great pick up experience!
