Signore Luigi works so hard to give his bidders the best experience. He is great at multi-taking, and just when you think that he can't handle any more requests, it all comes together and everyone is happy.

Pickup is the time when one gets to view his varied and unusual items from current and future auctions, and he is genuinely delighted when he gets to see excitement in a winner's face. Oh, although he doesn't believe it, he speaks very good Spanish!

Once again, Luigi was rude and unresponsive. I sent my son to pick something up and he said it wasn't paid for but it was. I had to speak with him and deal with his dismissive, crass demeanor. I will avoid his auctions in the future and would caution others as well
