After multiple unresponsive emails before purchasing the items regarding their authenticity (Jordan cards) and after asking BEFORE I purchased them, again no response. I was charged the winning bid.

I just had the cards returned from PSA as "authenticity of the cards in question" in other words the cards are fake copies - something I asked about to the seller before I paid - and I am out almost 900 dollars for cards that are not with the paper they are printed on. .

The Mickey Mantle Card I purchased for over $4,000 is a fake. I emailed the seller and also left multiple voice mails. No response. I called Clearinghouse Estates. Thy said the Manager David Spielman Sr said the card is real, they have no liability, and hung up the phone on me. Clearinghouse Estates has a better business rating of F! Look it up! Do Not use this Auction House or anything from Davis Speilman Jr. in Thomaston Connecticut!

Was a fake , buyers beware. I got it graded at bsc and it was found not to be authentic . Please be aware

Was notified I had won items from a David Spielman auction , Thomaston, CT. Paid shipping via PayPale as requested, confirmed with auctioneer David Spielman payment was received. Spielman concur payment received and stated item had shipped. He would not proved tracking information. 9pne week later items had not arrived, Spielman would not return calls or text messages. Then I found the items reposted on another of his auctions.

This guy is a SCAM!!! He is not shipping items to the winners of the auctions and he is reselling the items.

Buyer Beware.
