Extremely friendly people. I was a little early for pick up, needed to wait for Few minutes for help to arrive. Within minutes I was able to leave. I stayed for a short time to talk. Great experience.

Chips in top of bowl not mentioned in listing and one of the women in red was being very rude and condescending to customers. Other women was very nice though.

Thanks for participating in our auction and congratulations on winning so many lovely items. We make every effort to be as descriptive as possible in words and photographs, we are often complimented on that and we will strive for better. It was a busy and full day at pickup, sometimes requests managing all those people sounds rude, I discussed this with the woman in red, it was not her intention.
