The earring were listed as new however when received them the backs were bent and I had try try to straighten them with pliers. I sent a text message about the condition of the earrings however I never received a response.

I paid all fees required. I've requested tracking number with no response. I've contacted the auction house....waiting for a response. First time purchase may be my only purchase.
