The picture on the auction site was not of the actual couchs. They were much more worn than described for very good condition and not tan. If your going to sell sight unseen they should be pictures of the actual furniture not catalog pictures

Gerald you were very happy with the couches when you picked them up. I did not sell sight unseen, I photographed, (they are not catalog pictures) looked at, checked for damage lifted all cushions photographed under the Cushions, checked the recliners and they all worked fine, I turned them over and they were clean and not damaged in any way. The couches had no visible issues. I have everyone sign their receipt which is excepting them in the condition as described..I spoke to the young lady and 2 gentlemen that moved the couches and even joked with them. How was I not responsive? The couches are a tan color and were hardly sat on but used as any and all furniture is when you buy from an auction. Could you please send pictures of what the issues you have are? I would love to see them and maybe we can do something for you. I can compare to the extensive amount of photos I took. Thank you very much.
