Won several auctions but the best item was mysteriously "nowhere to be found". seller did refund but this is not the first time that this has happened. If buyers don't pay they get banned from the site. The same should happen to sellers that don't actually have the items available. I understand that accidents happen, but always seems to be with the best items never the junk.

This auction house features such fine pieces and describes with accuracy. Having multiple pictures of the items helps to see the quality and distinctions of the piece. When bidding online only this is important when considering a top bid.
