Pick up was so easy everyone was so sweet, very enjoyable!

The picture did not accurately represent the item. Glass discs and Shown light bulbs were missing. Could someone check to see if there were any of the hanging glass disks left around anywhere?

There were no markings on the bottom of the William Sonoma? white rectangle vase as shown in the picture. No "name" or Made in Italy. Not sure what I actually purchase.
