Excellent item! Just as described! Easy pick up!

I would like to commend Jenn, the seller, on how she positively dealt with her customers on a miserably cold and snowy day! I'm guessing she had an immediate influx of buyers coming to pick up before she had even opened, but even so, she took care of me (and the others who were there at the same time) in a timely and friendly fashion. Although she had every right to be stressed and flustered, she wasn't. Other than in being really cold, which she had no control over obviously, all went smoothly! And I even got a follow-up phone call to apologize for something that didn't need an apology! I look forward to her next auction!
