This seller broke two of the four of the set of glasses I had bought as a gift for friends. I feel it was her responsibility to immediately call or text me with this information. I would have told her to refund my purchase price and would not have spent the over two hour round trip's time and gas money. Instead I learned this upon arrival at the pickup site. Wasted most of a beautiful Saturday morning and several gallons of gas for nothing. I have notified her that I would be giving her a negative review. I feel this is irresponsible business practice. I cannot recommend buying from a seller with so little regard for her buyers.

We have purchased from Linda and her team multiple times. The merchandise was as advertised and priced perfectly. The pickup was outstanding, as we were not able to meet Linda at the time originally agreed to. She was beyond flexible, funny when we met, and helped me pick out a new golf club from her inventory at her warehouse. We love doing business with this auction team!

This is our third purchase with Linda and her auction. She is fantastic to do business with. She answers her emails very quickly and was beyond flexible with pick up days and times. I highly recommend people work with her auction.

I realize how much work goes into these auctions so I hate to leave a negative review but this auction just wasn't clear and absolutely should have read HEAVY SMOKER. All items, even after multiple cleaning attempts, still STINK of heavy smoke, have a tint of yellow from the nicotine and had to be thrown out. Even a lot of bath & body work scent pods wreaked so bad of smoke they had to be thrown out! We were also missing multiple items from pickup but our mistake we didn't realize until we were home and we are not willing to drive back so this was a total waste of money.

Pick up was easy and quick, but there was lots of damage to the reels & envelopes.
