Monica, the auction rep, was excellent. All items were as described and nicely packed and ready for pickup when I arrived. She also assisted in bringing the items to my vehicle. Excellent service, and I would happily purchase items in the future from any auction she is managing.

The pictures seem a bit deceptive. The item I bid on said diamond but it's a piece of metal cut in shape of a diamond. I also saw some of the furniture listed on the site in person and they were not in good shape.

Although I am unable to paste the picture from the auction on here, This item was in its original box and the box states 14 karat gold filled, genuine diamond. It most certainly matched the description If you were not satisfied with the item you could have spoke up at the time of pick up. I try to do an extremely good job with the pictures so that everybody is aware of what they are bidding on. The furniture was as pictured and as described, I had no complaints from any other customers. I have done many auctions and have resolved any issues as quickly as possible. I’m sorry you had a negative experience.
